  1. Do you deliver?No, currently we are only providing a click and collect service, but we hope to move to delivery in the near future.
  2. What is Lots For Less's return policy on orders?: If you are unhappy with your purchase you can either request an exchange or refund for the price. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 14 working days in which to cancel your order. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods in fully saleable condition i.e. unused, in the original packaging with all user information.
  3. When can I collect my order?: Once your order has been supplied you will get a notification that it is ready for collection. Any orders made after 4 pm cannot be guaranteed for next-day collection. If you are placing a bulk order please ensure your vehicle has sufficient carriage capacity to accommodate the size.
  4. Can I ring the shop with my order?: All orders must be made through the Lots For Less website, we do not take credit card details over the phone. A digital receipt is issued after your order is placed through the website. 
  5. I forgot to add an item to my order, do I have to make a new one?: If you missed an item on your order and it has already been placed you can: A. cancel the first order and redo it with the missing item or B. create a separate order with the missing item(s).
