Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can either request an exchange or refund for the price (excluding delivery charges). Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We cannot refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 14 working days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods in fully saleable condition i.e. unused, and onopened in the original packaging with all user information.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so if posting, you should take out enough postal care to cover the value. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery please email us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We operate a strict notification policy of damages or faults to products. Notifications must be made within 24 hours post-delivery. Notification can be made by email to sales@lotsforless.ie

Please contact us at sales@lotsforless.ie to arrange any returns. A returns slip will be e-mailed to you which must be included in your delivery in order for us to match the returned stock to your order. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we will credit your account. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer unless we were at fault. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please email us at sales@lotsforless.ie including your contact details and order details.

Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 28 days of our receiving them. If in doubt about any aspect of our returns policy, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
